Berkshire Fireplace Centre prides itself on offering impeccable customer service.
From the moment you walk into our showroom, you will be looked after by our friendly and knowledgable team who can answer any questions you have about design options or about any concerns you have about the chimney (or lack of one) in your home.
If you want us to install your fireplace we will first conduct a free home survey to ensure that the fire can be fitted safely. We cover areas within a 20 mile radius of Reading, including Newbury, Thatcham, Henley, Maidenhead, Basingstoke, Wokingham, Bracknell and Ascot.
We are happy to supply the fires and fireplaces for your own builders to install if they are confident of doing this or, alternatively, we can provide a comprehensive fitting service by extremely experienced and qualified engineers.
After sales service
Customers of Berkshire Fireplace Centre can be assured that the service and customer care does not end at the installation. There may be many other small services that we can offer.
Fireside Accessories - Berkshire Fireplace Centre have a wide range of companion sets, log baskets, fireguards and coal buckets on display in the showroom.
Wood Supplies - we can help with keeping you supplied in logs for your new stove. We have a full range of logs, kindling and firelighters from a Hetas approved wood supplier guaranteeing that you will have kiln dried, efficient fuel for your fire throughout the winter.
