Fireplace installation requires strict safety regulations so you will need to have a certified installer do the installation for you. This can be done by our experienced engineers or by your own builders if they are confident doing this.

After you have chosen your new fireplace we will carry out a free home visit when our experienced surveyor will come out to your home and check that the fireplace is suitable for your chimney and at the same time can assess the work that will be involved in the installation. They will be able to give you a quote for the installation work and answer any questions that you may have regarding the installation process.

We regret that we are unable to install fires and fireplaces that have not been purchased from us.

When the job is completed, you will be provided with a certificate (Gas Safe for gas fires or HETAS for solid fuel) that confirms that all regulations have been complied. We also offer other small services such as fireplace accesories and wood supplies.

Yes, once you’ve decided what you want us to put in, we'll carry out a technical survey, to make sure everything fits and can be installed safely by our qualified Gas Safe and HETAS engineers.
